Application of dry-suit:

Description of dry-suit:

• The suit can be confi2024-10-22gurated up to end-user’s needs.
• The suit is available in extended chart including 31 standard sizes and in option Made to. Measure.
• The suit is made from trilaminate material as face nylon „rip-stop” in olive color or black color / butyl rubber in the mid / polyester as bottom layer which is flexible and provides good maneuverability.

Area of fitted profile.

• The construction of suit is ergonomic and maneuvarable :
  • crotch seams are not crossed to each other,
  • the entrance plastic gastight YKK zipper placed in diagonal way in front of torso enables user closing/opening in very easy way, where additionally entrance zipper is protected by flap with Velcro fastener.
  • telescoping torso solution provides for user additional flexibility,
  • the total weight of suit does not exceeds 1,5 kg what means that such suit is the lightest in the world,
• The textile fabric is trilaminate nylon „rip-stop” in olive or black color / butyl rubber / polyester.

Area of fitted details.

• Suit has a separate dry-hood made from neoprene in olive or black color.
• Neck seal from super-stretch neoprene material is glued and protected by neoprene collar.
• At the top of torso is placed molle plafform – below there is blind plug put on rubber valve- port ( optionally in-let valve can be installed ).
• Sleeves are ended by glued neoprene wrists seals.
• On left sleeve is placed exhaust valve Sitech at the upper arm part.
• At the low part of torso is placed relief plastic gastight zipper TIZIP covered by self-closing flap.
• On left leg are placed two separate molle platforms for :
  • installing mobile cargo pocket on front part of leg,
  • installing mobile pocket for cylinder at the volume 0,5 l on side part of leg,
  • exhaust valve Sitech is placed above of mobile pocket on the left leg,
• On right leg are placed two separate molle platforms for :
  • installing mobile cargo pocket on front part of leg,
  • installing mobile pocket for cylinder at the volume 0,5 l on side part of leg,
• Reinforcements as pads at knees and seat area are made from kevlar.

Area of fitted configurations.

• Instead of neoprene seals alternatively can be used the latex HD seals or silicone seals at wrists and neck area.
• Instead of plastic gastight TIZIP zippers alternatively can be used metal Dynat gastight zipper or as option non-magnetic metal zipper.
• Instead of mobile pockets in molle system alternatively can be used pockets fixed by stitching.
• Additional a small dry-pocket can be installed at upper part of left sleeve.
• Integrated socks can be made from the same textile fabric as used in the suit or from neoprene material.
