Application of dry-suit:

Description of dry-suit:

• The suit can be configurated up to end-user’s needs.
• The suit is available in extended chart including 31 standard sizes and in option Made to Measure.
• The suit is made from material breathable, waterproof, flame resistant Nomex as outer layer in olive color / PTFE bi-componental membrane in the mid / bottom protective layer which is flexible and provides good maneuverability.

Area of fitted profile.

• The construction of suit is ergonomic and maneuvarable :
  • crotch seams are not crossed to each other,
  • on the back side at waist area is placed a special elastic squeezer for better fitting dry-suit to the shape of end-user’s body,
  • inner suspenders enable to adjust suit to end-user’s body shape,
  • the entrance plastic gastight zipper TIZIP is placed on front of torso in diagonal arrangement enabling self – closing and self – opening in easy way where additionally main zipper is protected be self-closing pad,
• The textile fabric is Nomex material being breathable&waterproof in olive color.

Area of fitted details.

• Suit has a very neck flexible neck seal made from unique material where construction of seal includes a rope with stopper for adjusting circumference of seal to neck dimension of end-user.
• At the neck area is placed warming collar made from neoprene material in black color.
• Sleeves are ended by glued neoprene wrists seals and protected by external cuffs made from textile fabric having velcro fasteners.
• Left sleeve at the upper part has pocket which is stiched and at the forearm has „map” pocket which is installed in mobile way by straps to molle platform.
• Right sleeve at the upper part has small pocket which is stiched – pocket is closed by velcro fastener.
• Suit has „relief” plastic gastight zipper of TIZIP which is protected by self-closing pad.
• Both sides of suit’a pants are equipped by multi-functional cargo pockets which are stitched – pockets have pads with velcro fasteners for closing / opening.
• The special kind of kevlar material is used as reinforcement for knees pads where additionally is possible to put inside of pads counter-shock inserts PORON J Guard.
• From back side of knees are placed elastic bands for better fitting which can be also replaced optionally by elastic bands.
• At the anckles area from back side of pants are placed two small pockets which are stiched.
• Pants of suit are ended by integrated socks made from very thin, breathable and waterproof material in black color having PTFE membrane where socks are protected by external cuffs made from the main textile fabric – these textile cuffs have velcro straps for regulating shape.

Area of fitted configuration.

• Instead of neoprene seals alternatively can be used the latex HD seals.
• Instead of stiched pockets can be used mobile pockets in molle system.
• Integrated socks can be made alternatively from neoprene material.
