Application of dry-suit:

Description of dry-suit:

• The suit can be configurated up to end-user’s needs.
• The suit has the entrance plastic gastight zipper placed in front of torso in horizontal position what enables user quick dressing and undressing.
• The suit is available in extended chart including 31 standard sizes and in option Made to Measure.
• The suit is made from trilaminate material cordura in red color.

A/ Area of fitted profile.

• The construction of suit is ergonomic and maneuvarable:
  • crotch seams are not crossed to each other,
  • the entrance plastic gastight YKK zipper placed in horizontal way in front of torso enables user closing/opening in very easy way, where additionally entrance zipper is protected by flap with Velcro strap.
• The textile fabric is trilaminate cordura on the front-side/ butyl rubber in the mid / polyester on back-side where material outside is in red color.
• From internal side of suit at elbows and knees area are installed special absorption pads which increase operator’s comfort during his creeping in ice.
• As back-up to keep positive buoyancy are used a special foams in chambers located inside of suits at chest area.

B/Area of fitted details.

• Glued latex neck seal and latex wrists seals are flexible.
• Suit has system of pockets including:
  • fore–arm small pockets on both of sleeves for gloves,
  • two cargo pockets located on sides of legs,
• The suit has:
  • ”relief” plastic gastigh zipper YKK covered by protective flap closed on Velcro strap,
  • elastic suspenders inside for getting better stabilization during the usage,
  • integrated special boots with steel reinforcements at tip of shoes and at sole of shoes, where soles of boots are oil resistant, anti-electrostatic, anti-slip and anti-puncture,
• Integral part of suit is a chest belt closed by metal buckles “Cobra” – the belt is equipped with metal-d-ring for attaching life-line.
• SOLAS reflexive tapes are used at fore-arms area and low part of trousers legs.
• The seat area has six pieces of separate pads made from strong material being resistant for abrasion.

• Suit comes with the following equipment:
  • Instead of cordura material alternatively can be used lighter trilaminate polyster material.
  • Instead of latex seals alternatively neoprene seals can be used in wrists and neck area.
  • Instead of YKK plastic gastight zippers alternatively can be used TIZIP plastic gastight zippers.
  • The pockets on hands and legs area can be:
    • integrated in fixed way by glueing,
    • integrated in fixed way by stitching,
    • integrated in mobile way by molle system of straps where molle system can be made in classic version or in lasered version,
