This product is assembled and painted/sanded of pultruded composite grating strips and interpolated bars. It uses high quality raw materials, advanced manufacturing processes and perfect traceability quality control. It can be used for emergency life-saving escape routes such as evacuation routes/ramp ladders, open decks, operating areas for fire-fighting systems, emergency rescue operations and production platforms, temporary safety shelter stations in the marine and offshore facilities. With a density of 17.5Kg/m, it has a weight reduction of over 60% compared to steel grating. The product has been certified by CCS and met USCG L2 and ASTM F3059 "Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Gratings Used in Marine Construction and Shipbuilding" L2 level requirements.
